With guidance of Chef Scott Marsh workshop attendees will learn the fundamental techniques of baking. Students will also learn how to make cookies, cakes, frostings, pastry creams, and breads. This will be the perfect forum for students to learn how to work with groups and managing time. (Closed March 26th and 28th for Spring Break) Some scholarships are available.
