About this Course

This class will be taught online via Zoom. Upon registration login, information for the Zoom classes will be emailed to you at least 3 days prior to the first class. You will also be required to pick up supplies for each class on Mondays, starting March 13th between 12pm & 3pm prior to each class at Arroyo Viejo Recreation Center. The will be an extra class for those that want to take the online training and test for the Food Handler's Certificate. That class will be scheduled later. This class is sponsored by Alameda County Public Health Department (Nutritional Services).
