About this Course

Oakland Parks Recreation and Youth Development’s Town After School Program (TAP) offers an afterschool experience for elementary-age youth, combining education, physical activity, and creative expression in a safe and supportive environment. Participants engage in wide range of activities, such as homework assistance, STEAM projects, theme-based games, sports, arts and crafts, and team-building exercises. These activities are designed to enhance learning, promote creativity, and develop life skills. 2025-26 School Year Town After School Program Monthly Fees (based on number of school days in the month). March - $612 - 22 program days. April - $445 – 16 program days.  No program 4/3 (Cesar Chavez Day - Observed), 4/6-4/10 (Spring Break) May - $528 - 19 program days.  No program 5/25 (Memorial Day) Last day of PROGRAM 5/28.
